Effective 24 August 2026

Clear terms for early access.

These terms apply to TradieArc, operated by Clarity Space Group Pty Ltd (ABN 45 690 307 094), trading as TradieArc. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. The service

TradieArc is a controlled early-access platform for customers to prepare and manage Jobs and for trade businesses to manage profiles, leads, quotes and accepted work. It is not an emergency service and availability may be limited while early access continues.

Tradies are independent businesses. TradieArc is not a party to the contract for trade work. A dated ABN or licence statement, when shown, records only the exact registry facts, source and holder relationship stated there for that check. It does not verify identity, authority to contract, qualifications outside the stated class, insurance, workmanship, suitability, availability or a work outcome. Profiles without a current statement remain business-supplied. Sample profiles and Jobs are not live listings.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and use the correct customer or trade workspace. You must not impersonate another person or business, bypass access controls, scrape private information, upload unlawful or harmful material, or misuse another participant's contact, Job or file information.

Only authorised members may act for a workspace. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a serious breach of these terms.

3. Jobs, quotes and trade work

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their Job brief and for deciding whether a tradie is suitable. Tradies are responsible for their business details, quote, scope, timing, qualifications, licences, insurance and performance of accepted work.

A tradie requesting a registry check must provide accurate current details and identify how a licence holder relates to the business. We may decline, expire, recheck or revoke a statement when evidence is incomplete, a value changes or the official record is no longer current. Users should confirm applicable licensing and insurance requirements themselves before engaging a tradie.

A customer and tradie form their own agreement when they accept and proceed with a quote. They should record changes in the platform and resolve scope, site, price, timing, safety and dispute issues directly. TradieArc may provide support information but does not decide trade disputes or hold money for the work.

4. Platform access and trade work payments

Free platform access remains available for customers and tradies. An optional Solo membership is offered to Australian trade workspaces through the pricing page. The cost of trade work is agreed directly between the customer and tradie. TradieArc does not currently collect customer deposits or Job payments, hold escrow or pay tradies for that work.

5. Solo membership, previous agreements and consumer rights

A new Solo membership includes a 30-day free trial, followed by A$29 per month including GST. The trial starts when you complete Stripe Checkout. Payment details are required, and the monthly charge renews automatically unless you cancel. One trial is available per trade workspace. Your billing page shows your trial end and next charge dates.

Cancel through the billing controls in your account before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period. Free platform access and existing Job records remain available. Contact hello@clarityspace.com.au for billing or cancellation help.

If you previously entered a billing agreement, its existing terms apply until it is changed or cancelled; this page does not itself cancel a previous agreement. Contact hello@clarityspace.com.au for help with previous charges, invoices or cancellation.

We explain optional paid services before you choose them. Using the free service does not enrol you in a paid service. See the pricing page for the current offer.

Billing or refund requests are assessed under these terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Content, privacy and files

You keep ownership of information and files you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process and show them only as needed to operate, secure and support the platform. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.

Public profile and Job summary fields can be visible more broadly; addresses, contact and access details, private photos and work records are intended only for authorised participants. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

7. Availability and liability

We use reasonable care but early-access software can be interrupted or contain defects. Back up information you need to retain and use the visible retry or support path when an operation fails. To the extent permitted by law, TradieArc is not responsible for a participant's trade work, off-platform conduct or indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the supported service changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect. New South Wales law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies where you live or acquire the service.
